Tea Tree Gully Netball Club would like to notify and remind our members that our annual AGM is fast approaching. Details are below:
- Thursday 2nd May
- 7:30 onwards
- Tea Tree Gully Golf Course
There are also still a few positions vacant. If you wish to nominate for these positions you can do so on the night (Thursday) by speaking to Karen Lang or Helen Burvill. These positions still vacant include:
- Secretary
- Umpire Coordinator
- General Committee
- Child Protection Officer

AGM Winter 2018
All current members (financial players/parents/carers) are invited to attend the TTG netball club AGM (please see below for criteria for voting).
Monday 9th April at 7pm in the Tea Tree Gully Golf Club, Hamilton Road, Tea Tree Gully.
The meeting should take approximately 1/2 an hour.
You do not have to join the committee, just come along to find out who the committee members are & how the club is being run.
Anyone interested in joining the committee are very welcome & encouraged to attend (please find attached Committee Nomination Form), that needs to be returned to Jacquie Giles – Club Secretary sec@teatreegullynetball.org.au by COB Sunday 25th March 2018

Persons eligible to vote are as follows:
- Current elected members
- Financial Members (over 18)
- Financial Families – can vote for as many players (under 18) – notwithstanding, this is limited to members attending the AGM eg if you have 3 children under 18 and the mother attends the AGM – only 1 vote is permitted, if both parents attend 2 votes are permitted
- Life Members
- No Proxy Votes will be accepted
